Healthy Waldorf Salad

  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 medium apple
  • 2oz drained tuna
  • 2Tbsp almonds
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1Tbsp fat free ricotta
  • 2/3Tbsp dill
  • lemon juice
  • 1 toasted flat bread (optional)


  1. Combine spinach, tuna, apple, & almonds in large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, ricotta, dill & lemon juice.
  3. Mix dressing into spinach & serve with flat bread.
