Healthy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 medium apple
- 2oz drained tuna
- 2Tbsp almonds
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1Tbsp fat free ricotta
- 2/3Tbsp dill
- lemon juice
- 1 toasted flat bread (optional)
Directions
- Combine spinach, tuna, apple, & almonds in large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, ricotta, dill & lemon juice.
- Mix dressing into spinach & serve with flat bread.
