Banana Nut Protein Cookies

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Quaker Quick Oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2Tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1Tbsp sugar (or Truvia/Splenda) to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Line pan with backing sheet & use a tablespoon to scoop out a generous portion of the mixture.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 min.
