Banana Nut Protein Cookies
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Quaker Quick Oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1Tbsp almond butter
- 1/2Tbsp honey
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1Tbsp sugar (or Truvia/Splenda) to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- Line pan with backing sheet & use a tablespoon to scoop out a generous portion of the mixture.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 min.
